Single*	$400
Empty Nester**	$350

           

Due Dates

Annual dues are split into two payments which are due on April 1 and October 1 of each year. Unpaid accounts are delinquent on April 10 and October 10 at which point you may no longer use the facilities. 

Late Fees

After April 15 and October 15, all unpaid accounts are assessed a late fee of $25.00. After May 15 and November 15, all unpaid accounts are assessed a second late fee of $25.00.

 

* Single - Only one person can reside in the household.

** Empty Nester - Only 2 people can reside in the household and one must be over 55.
